PURPOSE: A fender panel fixture of a vehicle is provided to protect a pedestrian with securing enough deformation spaces of a hood panel in a clash with the pedestrian by disposing a fender apron and a fender panel with fixed intervals. CONSTITUTION: In a fender panel fixture(10) of a vehicle, a fixed bracket(11) for fixing a fender panel to the upper part of a fender apron is installed to keep fixed intervals between the fender apron and the fender panel. A shock-absorbing member(15) is installed within the fixed bracket to absorb shock given from the outside. Space portions(12,16) are formed inside the fixed bracket and the shock-absorbing member. Bent-up portions(13,17) are disposed in the middle of side surfaces of the fixed bracket and the shock-absorbing member. Therefore, enough spaces for deformation of the fender panel is secured, and injury of a pedestrian is reduced to a minimum by absorbing the impact force to the utmost.
