PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus for manufacturing curved tempered glasses with no mechanical stress and thermal stress by bending flat glasses and cooling. Therefore, the apparatus offers curved glasses, 3-19mm of thick, with good optical properties and shortens a manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method comprises the parts of: carrying a flat glass put on a curved mold into a furnace(110), wherein the mold, made of heat resistant titanium is covered with rod(15-50mm of thickness)-shaped heat resistant materials and then fine stone powder; forming the flat glass into a curved glass and drawing the formed(curved) glass out of the furnace with a mold conveyor(120) between furnace and cooler; entering the formed glass to a cooler(170) by lifting glass with a carrier(150); and cooling both sides of the flat glass with cold air ejected from the cooler with a curved shape corresponding to the formed glass.
