METHOD FOR MEASURING IMPEDANCE IN RF CIRCUIT

PURPOSE: A method for measuring an impedance in an RF(Radio Frequency) circuit is provided to measure a low impedance of the RF circuit formed in a mobile communication terminal using a characteristic impedance and a wavelength of a transmission line tuner. CONSTITUTION: A characteristic impedance of a transmission line of an RF circuit is measured using a transmission line tuner(S101), and it is judged whether the measured characteristic impedance is a low impedance(S103). If the measured characteristic impedance is the low impedance, maximum and minimum values of the characteristic impedance are calculated(S107). The calculated maximum and minimum values and a wavelength are combined for embodying a transformer(S109). The RF circuit is measured using the embodied 1/4 wave transformer(S111).
