PURPOSE: A wireless terminal combined with a unidirectional radio is provided to add functions of a present radio by using a CDMA/FM combined modem, and to enable individual communication, thereby making a call by using a radio mode in a service-unavailable area or a near area. CONSTITUTION: A key input unit(100) transmits a transmission selection signal or a receiving selection signal. A mode selection switch(200) inputs a switching control signal, and switches the signal in a CDMA mobile communication mode or a radio mode. A frequency supplier(300) generates a CDMA mobile communication local signal, and generates a radio local signal, to supply the signals. A radio transceiver(400) demodulates an RF receiving signal for a radio to an IF receiving signal for the radio to transmit the IF signal, and modulates an IF transmission signal for the radio to an RF transmission signal to transmit the signal to an antenna. An MSM(600) transmits the switching control signal to the mode selection switch(200), and inputs the IF signal to convert the signal into a voice signal to be transmitted, then converts a voice signal into an IF signal to be transmitted.
