PURPOSE: A lighting device of a CCD camera is provided to three-dimensionally arrange lighting elements constructing the light device so as to change the positions of the lighting elements according to the shape of an object, thereby illuminating the object without having shade. CONSTITUTION: A lighting device of a CCD camera includes a lighting body(20) placed on the CCD camera lens(30) and an electronic circuit board on which at least one light-emitting device(50) is placed. The electronic circuit board is located inside the lighting body. The electronic circuit board is constructed of at least two levels, and the center of the board faces an object. The levels of the circuit board has a stepped form, and the board is electrically independently controller.
