PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the execution of a scheme only by an image processing system without using auxiliary lighting equipment or the like. SOLUTION: When an abnormal area due to a difference between a monitoring image and a background image is expanded to a wide range, correlation between the edge block image of the monitoring image and that of the background image is reduced to a prescribed value and less and the change is continued for prescribed time and more in the case of detecting an intruder from comparison between the background image and the monitoring image, the execution of scheme action is determined. |
