PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication method capable of promoting the use of contents data. SOLUTION: Enciphered contents data and use condition data are transmitted from a contents providing device 5 to a client device 7. The client device 7 transmits a request for decoding key to a member administration device 4, receives the decoding key from the member administration device 4, and decodes the enciphered contents data by using the decoding key to generate the contents data. Based on the use condition data, the member administration device 4 judges the possibility of generation of the contents data.
