<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a single-stringed type Japanese zither (koto) of which the form and papers on it do not remain today as a musical instrument to be similar to other stringed instruments. SOLUTION: The acoustic effect of a musical instrument body is enhanced and by further placing metallic tubes as pillows on both sides of a string, the tones of the string are made more harmonic.</p> |
