<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To add and change a new distribution method without adding a change to an existing first address controller. SOLUTION: A document from the document input means 13 of a document transmission device 10 is sent to a document distribution device 20, and stored in a document storage means 23. The document is outputted by the document output means 33 of a document receiving device 30, and displayed by the document display means 34 thereof. There are a plurality of places where the documents are stored by the document storage means 23. The distributed place is determined by an address from the address input means 14 of the document transmission device 10. The address can be selected from among those stored in the address storage means 43 of an address controller 40. The information about such that in what place of the document storage means of the document distribution device the designated address must be distributed when the specific address is designated is also stored. The data stored in the address storage means 43 is registered, updated, and deleted by using the user interaction means 53 of a control terminal device 50.</p> |
