PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a credit information providing service without an agent. SOLUTION: Terminals 401 and 402 of credit information providers in which a filter formed of type of event and acquiring condition is set in order to selectively receive data transmitted as an event is connected to the terminal 50 of a user for transmitting a request of credit information as event through a semantic information network 10. The terminals 401 and 402 of the credit information providers 1 and 2 set the information for specifying a service provider 60 who collects the credit information as filter. The terminal 50 of the user transmits a credit information request event including the information for specifying the service provider 60 from which the acquisition of the credit information is desired is transmitted to the semantic information network 10. Only the terminal of the credit information provider in which the filter matched to the transmitted type of event and acquiring condition is set receives this credit information request event.
