PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an operating speed from lowering after requests for access compete and are deleted. SOLUTION: When the requests for access to a memory 40 compete between a processor 60 and a DMAC 20, the DMAC 20 takes a priority, and the request for access to the processor 60 is deleted. In this case, to immediately solve the problem by stall and exception, a complicated circuit is required, and the operating speed of the processor 10 is also lowered. Accordingly, the information on the deletion of the request for access is held in a resistor 13 and, after reading the information, the processor performs the request for access again. As a result, the operating speed can be increased with a simple structure.
