PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling jig for an optical semiconductor module which makes it possible to easily align a lens holder part side and an optical fiber side with each other in assembly coupling and can improve optical precision by eliminating deviation in mutual parallelism even in the assembly coupling. SOLUTION: The assembling jig 11 for the optical semiconductor module 1 which is constituted by fitting a lens holder part 4 having the optical semiconductor element 2 to the side of the optical fiber 7 is equipped with a 1st block 11A which has on its top surface a holding part 12 holding the lens holder part 4 and also has a convex hemispherical surface 13 on the bottom surface side and a 2nd block 11B which receives the convex hemispherical surface 13 to hold the 1st block 11A rotatably.
