SOLUTION: At least one adhesive pool 12 is formed on a joining face between a 1st matching layer 3 and a 2nd matching layer 4 disposed above a termination region 6 of a piezoelectric vibration layer 2 in the 1st matching layer 3 and/or the 2nd matching layer 4 and an adhesive 13 is filled in the adhesive pool 12.
