PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control box to reduce size and thickness, and the number of parts, while assembling process is efficient. SOLUTION: Related to a control box 4, a horizontal L-like upper-side substrate fitting member 11 is fitted on the inside side surface at a corner above left of the box main body 5 by a spot-welding, or the like. A horizontal L-like upper-side substrate fitting member 32 is fitted on the inside side surface at a corner to the right of a lid member 9 by a spot-welding or the like. Substrate fitting parts 16 and 36 are formed which extend inward, almost vertically, from the lower edge facing the upper end both corner parts of circuit boards 15 and 35 of the upper-side substrate fitting members 11 and 32, with substrate fitting machine screws 17 and 37 fixed. Lower-side substrate fitting members 23 and 42 are fixed almost parallel to the upper-side substrate fitting members 11 and 32. The circuit boards 15 and 35 are placed on the substrate fitting members 11, 23, 32, and 42, and fitted with nuts.
