PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foundation packing for a column-pulling structural section, capable of connecting and fixing the lower end of a column to a sill by using a bolt with a washer, without recessing the sill and its adjustment plate. SOLUTION: A notched stepped section 11 is formed to at least one side in the foundation packing 10. The thickness of the stepped section 11 matches with the thickness of a washer section 6 for the bolt 5 with the washer. Accordingly, when a drawing-near metal fitting 4 is mounted at the lower end section of the column 3 and the sill 2 and the column 3 are connected and fixed by using the bolt 5 with the washer, a washer section 6 for the bolt can be fitted to the stepped section 11, and does become hindrance to the connection and fixing.
