PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pipe driving structure which is compatible with various pipe length and diameter flexibly, highly rigid and of low noise and can provide rotation stably. SOLUTION: The case of a motor M5 and the case of a speed reduction gear RG5 are fixed to one end side of a pipe 502 integrally and coaxially. The component including the output shaft 542 of the speed reduction gear RG5 is supported in the case 550 of the speed reduction gear RG5. In the pipe 502, a base rotor 580 which rotates integrally with the tube 502 is arranged, and the base rotor 580 and the case 550 of the speed reduction gear RG5 are connected to each other so as to be rotatable relatively, and the base rotor 580 and the output shaft 542 of the speed reduction gear RG5 are connected to each other so that power can be transmitted.
