PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation detector assembly which is low-cost and of high reliability by a method wherein the production process and the number of the radiation detector assembly are simplified and the creep of moisture to an element formation layer in a photoelectric conversion part from a scintillator substrate is prevented. SOLUTION: A glass as a rigid body is used for the scintillator substrate 21 in a scintillator part 20, and a support member for a plurality of photoelectric conversion parts 10 is formed. Four photoelectric conversion parts 10 are arranged on the surface of a scintillator layer 22 in the scintillator part 20 via an adhesive in such a way that the element formation layer 12 faces the scintillator layer 22, and the scintillator part 20 is pasted on the four photoelectric conversion parts 10.
