PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spacer for a joint part in a continuous underground wall of a specific material capable of securing crushing by a cutter bit, easily forming items of various sizes, and a reducing the weight. SOLUTION: For constructing a following wall element to be jointed with a preceding wall element to compose the continuous underground wall, this spacer 6 for a construction joint part in the continuous underground wall to be crushed by cutting to be buried in the construction joint part C of the preceding wall element cut as excavation work for constructing the following wall element proceeds for securing cutting thickness is formed of a thin plate of FRP material.
