PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an order wire device and its connection method that can simultaneously call a plurality of opposite parties and allow a caller to confirm whether or not a call is normally made. SOLUTION: A signal detection section 11 detects a broadcast call signal. An RBT(Ring Back Tone) stop request detection section 13 detects a ring back tone stop request signal. An operation detection section 12 detects a reply from an operator. A ringing generating section 16 starts ringing when detecting a call signal and stops the ringing when detecting a reply from an operator. A ring back tone generating section 14 transmits a ring back tone when detecting the call signal, stops transmission of the ring back tone when detecting a ring back tone stop request signal and stops the transmission of the ring back tone when detecting a reply from the operator. An RBT stop request generating section 15 transmits the ring back tone stop request signal when detecting a reply from the operator.
