PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cured product usable as an optical member particularly as an optical plastic member suitable for optical substrates including display substrates such as LCD substrates and touch panels, optical disk substrate and solar cell substrates, and to provide a curable composition usable as a material for the cured product. SOLUTION: The polymerizable composition is characterized by containing >=75 wt.% component (A) in the whole composition. Component (A): at least one kind of multifunctional methacrylate selected from aliphatic multifunctional methacrylates represented by the formula [1]. [A is an ether oxygen and/or a (hydroxy-containing) 3-25C aliphatic hydrocarbon residue; and n is 3-8 integer.].
