PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that in a conventional structure, it is difficult for children, hand-disabled people or the like to grab, it takes much time to do so, and is impossible to meet a dog's motion because the structure requires grabbing with a bag, or in the case of a structure using a grabbing tool, effort adjustment is required for grabbing, handling is troublesome, hesitation is made in using, need for a grabbing tool causes high cost, storage needs much cares, and waste disposal is troublesome. SOLUTION: This bag, used for filth, constituted of a bag body and a tubular part fitted on the bag body. Filth can be grabbed by the tubular part by using the protruding shape of the tubular part and one or more fingers inserted in the tubular part, so as to be stored in the bag body. It is thus possible to completely store the filth. Even children with small hands, the hand-disabled people, or the like can grab the filth. The bag dose not require effort adjustment for grabbing, and enables very easy and complete grabbing. It is easy to quickly meet the dog's motion, for example, because the grabbing motion is easy and complete.
