<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sponsor system for collecting data sent from participants and for preparing discloseable data according to a prescribed processing procedure, and for disclosing the data to those participants capable of making the processing procedure open while keeping the secrecy of the collected data and discloseable data. SOLUTION: An orderer terminal 11 transmits a document the processing procedure of which is described in script language to a management device 13. The management device 13 transmits the document and an open key corresponding to the document as a certificate to the orderer terminal 11. An order receiver terminal 12 who applies for bid invitation receives this certificate, and enciphers the bid information by using the open key and transmits it to a management device 13. The management device 13 analyzes and interprets the document, and performs the acceptance of the bid information, the processing of a successful bid, and the selective disclosure of the result of the successful bid to the order receiver terminal 12.</p> |
