<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized non-contact power transmission device, which raises the efficiency of coils and the output power from the coils, without increasing the outer diameter of the coils and can lessen the output variation. SOLUTION: This non-contact power transmission device is one, constituted using a pair of cone-type coils C1' and C2', which are arranged facing oppositely to each other via an air gap (air gap distance g) formed at a prescribed distance, are located at a coil outside diameter do , respectively and have an air core (where g<di <do ) formed at a prescribed diameter di (is a coil air-core diameter and represents a coil inside diameter); and the device transmits power in a non-contact utilizing electromagnetic induction action between the coils C1' and C2', which can lessen the output variation due to the positional deviation (particularly, the lateral deviations) of the coils. Here, the coil C1' is formed into a laminated coil, formed by stacking five coil layers n11 -n15 to act as the primary side coil on the side of the input of the power, and the coil C2' is formed into a laminated coil formed by stacking five coil layers n21 -n25 to work as the secondary side coil on the side of the output of the power.</p> |
