PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit which provides both heat and proper light. SOLUTION: A heater feeds both radiation heat and illumination. A heating assembly having a gas burner heats a screen and as a result, the screen feeds radiation heat and gas fuel is burnt and an illumination assembly feeds light by other means, such as electricity. The heater is removable for storage and may have a heat reflection plate which can be decreased in size or disassembled. The illumination assembly surrounds a light source and may have a simply removable glass panel. Each glass panel is placed on the illumination assembly by a tub stretching from its bottom and mounted on the top part of the illumination assembly by a screw. Hot exhaust gas generated from the illumination assembly is exhausted through an exhaust port formed in the vicinity of the top part of the illumination assembly and the lower side of the heating assembly.
