FORMING METHOD FOR DIAPHRAGM FOR SMALL-SIZED SOUNDER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming method for a diaphragm for a small-sized sounder that can obtain a stable and very high-grade shape quality, reduce the forming time and attains even throughout automation. SOLUTION: A heated metallic die approaches one side of a film made of a high polymer material being a raw material of a diaphragm with rugged shape and a high pressure gas is acted on the other side to press the film on the surface of the metallic die while exhausting confined air and providing a heat deformation to the film forms the film to have the shape of the diaphragm. Furthermore, a belt-like material is used and a heat forming machine and a contour punching machine installed in series apply consistent processing to the material until products can be obtained.
