PURPOSE: A windsurfing simulator on the water is provided to effectively perform acquirement of technique of windsurfing through exact and convenient training in a short time by performing the same principle and action as real windsurfing on the water at a fixed area without moving. CONSTITUTION: A windsurfing simulator on the water comprises a fixing plate, a fixing iron pole, and a fixing rope. The fixing plate fixes a windsurfing board. The fixing iron pole is fixed at the bottom of the water. The fixing rope connects the fixing plate and the fixing iron pole. The fixing plate is attached to the windsurfing board. Therefore, effective training of windsurfing can be performed, with quick and exact acquirement of technique of windsurfing.
