PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing scarfing residual substance of slab is provided to remove scarfing residual substance generated on the surface of the slab during scarfing of the slab automatically without manual operation of workers and extremely smoothly. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for removing scarfing residual substance of slab comprises a first scarfing residual substance removal part(30) equipped with a first removing roll(32) which is rotated to remove scarfing residual substance on the side part of the slab(10) after the first removing roll(32) is moved and closely adhered to the side surface of the slab(10); and a second scarfing residual substance removal part(50) equipped with a second removing roll(52) which is rotated to remove scarfing residual substance on the bottom part of the slab(10) after the second removing roll(52) is moved and closely adhered to the bottom surface of the slab(10).
