PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patient service mediating system capable of improving a medical service to a patient by reducing social costs to be imposed on a patient who receives at-home therapy. SOLUTION: This patient service mediating system for mediating a medical and nursing service to a patient who receives at-home therapy is provided with a mediating server having a patient data base having at least patient home address information and necessary medical and nursing service information related with patient ID and a mediating site prepared from the patient data base for opening necessary medical and nursing service information for each area of which the maintenance agent of the at-home therapy is in charge, and the maintenance agent of the at-home medical equipment is able to be entrusted with a medical and nursing service by another agent other than the maintenance agent of the at-home medical equipment in response to an application from the terminal of another agent. A part of patient information obtained through the maintenance task of the at-home medical equipment is opened to the mediating site so that it is possible for the maintenance agent to be entrusted with the medical and nursing service of another agent, and to provide the necessary medical and nursing service to the patient instead of another agent. |
