SOLUTION: This collecting box, temporarily storing wastes such as documents to be scrapped or recycled until the wastes are collected, is provided with a box-shaped part 10 having an waste insertion opening 12 and a waste taking-out opening 11, a collecting bag 13 capable of being disposed inside the box-shaped part 10, a collecting bag holding part 20 disposed at the inside bottom of the box-shaped part 10 and capable of holding the collecting bag 13, and an electronic measuring instrument 21 which is disposed at the collecting bag holding part 20 and measures the weight of the collecting bag 13.</p> |
