PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an AC coupling circuit which can make a post-stage potential reach a steady-state potential, more quickly immediately after a power source voltage has been applied. SOLUTION: The AC coupling circuit receives an output signal from a signal processing circuit, having a differential amplifier A3 which inputs a prescribed input signal potential and a reference potential and performs differential amplification, and transfers the output signal to a post-stage as an AC signal. The AC coupling circuit is provided with a CR circuit 11, constituted of a resistor R16 and a feedback circuit 13b which includes a differential amplifier A4 , which detects the potential difference between a pre-stage node P and a post-stage node R of the CR circuit 11 by using a potential of the node R as a reference and amplifies the potential difference, which is fed back to a non-inversion input of the differential amplifier A3 of the signal processing circuit.
