PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an apparatus for attaching an optical device, by which the focusing of a collimator lens is facilitated and a position fixation after focusing can be ensured equally to an adhesive fixation. SOLUTION: A lens barrel 26 is held by a holder 14, so that it is made movable in the optical axis direction of the collimator lens 16. Thus, the focusing of the collimator lens 16 is performed. A leaf spring 24 is attached at an optical box, and when it is locked by a first protrusion 20, it is made in a position adjusting state in which the lens barrel 26 is pressed by first pressing force and the lens barrel 26 is pressed by small pressing force. Also, when the leaf spring 24 is pushed in, and a spring part material is locked by a second protrusion 22, it is made in a fixed state in which the lens barrel 26 is pressed by second pressing force, so that the lens barrel 26 is pressed by large pressing force. Thus, the leaf spring 24 is fixed by only pushing in and locking at the second protrusion 22 without necessitating a special tool, so that adjusting and fixing work is easily and surely performed as compared with a preceding technique.
