PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify and lighten a structure by preventing penetration of lubricant into an intermediate chamber and dispensing with a deoiling installation. SOLUTION: The compressor is provided with a piston chamber 51 with a reciprocating piston 50, an oil lubricating chamber 55 communicating with a crankcase 52, and the intermediate chamber 56 provided between the piston chamber 51 and the oil lubricating chamber 55. The piston chamber 51 is retained at an internal pressure equivalent to a gas pressure of supply gas by communicating it with a gas suction pipe G1 for the supply gas, the intermediate chamber 56 is retained at a pressure higher than the oil lubricating chamber 55, and a pressure difference is provided in a direction opposite of a penetrating direction of the lubricant.
