PURPOSE: A meat cutting apparatus is provided to cut meat into a certain hexahedral shape while adjusting a length and width thereof freely, thereby improving a merchant ability of the apparatus. CONSTITUTION: The meat cutting apparatus(100) comprises a first transfer member having a first compress conveyor(110) and an input conveyor(120) for transferring meat while compressing the meat; a first cutting member having a rotatable cutter(310) and a roller(320) for cutting the transferred meat into a constant length; a second transfer member having a second compress conveyor(210) and a transfer conveyor(220) for transferring the cut meat; and a second cutting member having a rotating shaft(410a), a rotating holder(420a) and a blade(430a) for cutting the meat transferred from the second cutting member toward a direction perpendicular to a cutting direction of the first cutting member.
