PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform reduction processing for reducing the number of items in history information. SOLUTION: An item reduction processing part 14 of an access history reduction simulation device 1 selects first and second objects to be used from among items recorded in an access history D1, at random, and re-records data related with the first object to be used in the access history D1 or an access history map M1 generated based on the access history D1 as data related with the second object to be used. Then, the item reduction processing part 14 executes the procedures until the number of objects to be used in the access history D1 or the access history map M1 fulfill the condition of the number of objects to be used which is previously inputted from an item provider server 2. Then, the access history reduction simulation device 1 transmits the access history D1 after the reduction processing is executed to the item provider server 2.
