SOLUTION: In making a patrol plan when the next patrol period to the designation of patrol is previously decided, processing to search a patrol period to each equipment in a patrol period information preparation step and processing to prepare a monthly schedule for monthly patrol based on the patrol period information decided by the patrol period information preparation step and to prepare a new monthly schedule by adjusting the monthly schedule are repeated each month so that the monthly schedule can be updated.
