<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage the presence/absence of a worker or the like in an unattended facility such as unattended transformer substation by a remote supervisory section. SOLUTION: While paying attention to the 'opening/closing' state signal of the lock of a substation entrance door transmitted to the remote supervisory section, on the basis of the combination of three state signals of the 'opening/ closing', an illumination switch contact and the 'automatic/manual' changeover switch contact of a fire-fighting facility, the 'opening/closing' state signal of the lock is corrected and transmitted so that the presence/absence of the worker or the like can be discriminated.</p> |
