PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication method that can flexibly cope with even a revision of configuration without complicating application processing even in a system having a device configuration where functions are distributed or loads are distributed or multiplexed. SOLUTION: Data 100 includes a card header 110 and card data 120, and the card header 110 stores data for the purpose of communication control. A card destination name 112 of the data 100 can attain designation by using a device generic term including a plurality of processing systems or using a group name including a plurality of devices, and also can describe a destination name depending on various patterns where a particular processing system name in a device is used for a destination, a designated device generic term or all processing systems in matching with a group name are used for the destination or only a processing system in a control state is used for the destination. A card ID 111 of the data 100 stores identification information unique to each card and is used for multiplex control of a transmission line.
