PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heat a sample evenly or efficiently in comparison to a conventional moisture meter, particularly a heat drying type moisture meter. SOLUTION: A heating light source 13 is arranged in an internal space of a reflector 15 comprising at least a face opposing the sample and a wall surface extended to a sample side from the face, and a transparent plate material 22 is arranged on the light source side.
