PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare an oily solid cosmetic free from oily greasiness, light in spreadability, having texture with matted finish, excellent in melt filling effect despite having powdery feeling when applied, and having sufficient shape retention. SOLUTION: This oily solid cosmetic comprises 50-90 wt.% of a powder component and 10-50 wt.% of an oily component, wherein the oily component essentially includes a sucrose fatty acid ester <=12 in HLB number, and the solid oil including the sucrose fatty acid ester accounts for 15-60 wt.% of the whole oily component.
