PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of obtaining customer information when a potential customer visits a selling area and checks commodities in order to solve a problem that customer information (purchase history, liking, a life style, etc.), can't be utilized for service because the customer information can be obtained after scanning 'customer card' in the case of adjusting commodity by a register in customer management using the 'customer card' or the like in a retail store or the like. SOLUTION: An IC card storing customer information is previously delivered to each customer. A sensor capable of reading out the information of the IC card is installed in a selling area and information detected by the sensor when the customer passes the sensor is displayed on a display monitor. |
