PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant design device or the like, which can consistently design a plant up to generation of an operation manual for the education of a plant operator and three-dimensionally displays the plant in an arbitrary form. SOLUTION: A plant design device 100 generates three-dimensional plant design data and stores operation information related to operations of devices, arranged in the plant and allows input of user information related to the position of a user, who uses the plant design device, in the plant and the viewpoint and virtually displays the user in the plant on the basis of generated plant design data and or the user information inputted, as though the user were there and displays operation information corresponding to a device at the user's indication of this device. |
