PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve sales in a store by integrally managing use points in the store, and using the use points without any waste. SOLUTION: When purchasing merchandise in a store, a user presents a customer card stored in a user side information terminal (user information terminal 1 or user portable information terminal 2) to a store side, and a store side information terminal 3 transmits the information of use points in the store related with merchandise purchase to an electronic service managing server (member's server 4), and stores the use points in the store in a customer card data base 10. Also, the electronic service managing server is provided with a card point conversion table 12 for deciding the exchange rate between the use points in the store and the use points of a value card to be managed by a value card company server 5 so that the use points in the store can be converted into the use points of the value card. Also, this electronic service managing server is provided with an ownership group conversion table 13 for deciding the exchange rate of the use points between the stores so that the use points between the stores can be converted. |
