PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to obtain parking lot information without visiting a parking lot. SOLUTION: Parking lot positional information PPI of the parking lot within a range of a map 53b on a display 53 of a mobile body communication apparatus 12 mounted on an automobile 11 is transmitted to a network navigation center 10 from the mobile body communication apparatus 12 via a cellular phone base station 14 and a general telephone line network 16. In receipt of the parking lot positional information PPI, the network navigation center 10 checks an updated date of full/empty information PI in a parking lot information server 25, and if a time after updating elapses beyond a limit time, input guiding information GAI is outputted to a personal computer 18 of a parking lot manager via the Internet 17 for urging the parking lot manager to update the full/vacant information PI. When the full/ vacant information PI of the parking lot information server 25 is updated by means of the personal computer 18 of the parking lot manager, the network navigation center 10 transmits the updated full/vacant information PI to the mobile body communication apparatus 12.
