PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional personal authentication system wherein data having a large quantity of information indicating physical characters to detect wrongful access is used as collation data, a memory size for access history required to detect the wrongful access increases, and computa tion to detect the wrongful access also increases in quantity. SOLUTION: Registered data registered in advance is compared with collation data for collating, and a degree of collation to show a degree of conformity of both data is found. Access by a person him/herself is determined by comparing the degree of collation with a prescribed threshold value. In addition, whether there is anything injustice in the access of this time is detected by analyzing the access history of personal authentication by each individual up to this time. |
