PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential bearing structure capable of improving the assembling workability without increasing the manufacturing cost and the working cost of a shaft. SOLUTION: In this differential bearing structure provided with a shaft of low speed rotation, a shaft of high speed rotation coaxially mounted at an outer peripheral side of the shaft of low speed rotation, and a differential bearing mounted between the shaft of low speed rotation and the shaft of high speed rotation, the shaft of low speed rotation is provided with a bearing supporting part being coaxial with the shaft of low speed rotation and covering a part of the shaft of high speed rotation, and the differential bearing is supported by the bearing supporting part at its outer ring, and supported by an outer peripheral face of the shaft of high speed rotation at its inner ring.
