PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of fixing a sleeve for pipe arrangement, which can easily fix the sleeve in a space between a pipe hole formed in a steel reinforced concrete structure and reinforcements, at a location at which a necessary cover concrete thickness is secured, and to provide a sleeve fixture. SOLUTION: The sleeve fixture 10 is formed of a reinforcement-fitting portion 10a rigidly fitted onto the reinforcement 6 and a sleeve support portion 10b mounting the sleeve 2 for pipe arrangement thereon and supporting the same. The method for fixing the sleeve is carried out, by using the sleeve fixture 10, and the fixing location of the reinforcement fitting portion 10a with respect to the reinforcement 6 is adjusted, whereby the sleeve 2 for pipe arrangement is fixed onto the sleeve fixture 10.
