PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-rise apartment house, which has flexibility substantially the same as that of a detached house, and implements a comfortable residential space having a structure and facilities with high flexibility. SOLUTION: According to the high-rise apartment house, a dwelling zone is arranged around a common use zone K, and a facility-storage pit 12 is arranged in the common use section along a common use corridor 10 extending along the dwelling section, followed by arranging facility-storage shafts 13 which vertically extend, at locations within the common use corridor 10. Then, pipes, etc., for facilities arranged along the facility-storage pit 12 are extended vertically by the facility-storage shafts 13, and connected to a basic section on the ground. Further, a floor of the dwelling section is formed into a double- floor structure, and the pipes and wires for facilities in each dwelling space 5 are arranged in the double floor, followed by connecting the pipes, etc., for the dwelling spaces to the pipes, etc., for facilities in the facility-storage pit 12. A multistory parking facility may be constructed in the common-use zone K.
