PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant thermoplastic resin composition having excellent flame retardancy, impact resistance, heat stability and molding processability and providing a resin molded product having good machinability, and the molded product thereof. SOLUTION: The flame-retardant thermoplastic resin composition is obtained by compounding a specific aromatic phosphoric ester compound and a specified higher aliphatic alcohol to a thermoplastic resin composition comprising a graft copolymer containing an elastic polymer and a vinyl-based (co)polymer. The molded product is obtained by molding the composition.
