PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage line capable of efficiently transferring or storing an original roll and product roll, increasing storage capacity in a limited space as well as lowering the total storage height, and shortening delivery time of the product roll. SOLUTION: In this roll storage facility, an original roll storage line 2 which stores the original roll and a product roll storage line 4 which stores the product roll are disposed adjacent to each other. Storage racks of the original roll storage line and the product roll storage line are formed so that the axial centers of the respective stored rolls may be in parallel to each other. A carried-in articles handling facility 7 provided at the end of the original roll storage line is connected with a section in the proximity of the central part of the product roll storage line through a connecting conveyer 12.
