PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit, by an easy control, contents between a plurality of AV equipment by using a general-purpose network. SOLUTION: When the contents are transmitted from first equipment for holding the contents to second equipment through a specified transmission route, the information on the contents held by the first equipment is disclosed to a controller present on the transmission route. In this case, the information on transfer protocol for outputting the contents is added to the information for each contents. When the transmission of the contents is started between the first and second equipment, a transmission control is performed based on the information on the transfer protocol added to the contents. |
